Return Policy

Returns & Refunds PolicyYou must 1st obtain an approved RP reference # to begin processing your return. An RP# must be obtained within 7 business days from your date of purchase by contacting our Customer Service department at (512)673-3126 or emailing us at customerservice@shopblackbutterfly.com.

Products cannot be returned without a RP reference number. Once you've been assigned an RP#, your item must returned within 5 business days in its original package.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items and return them to inventory. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.

Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).

Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions

Fragrance Oils can not be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return as well.


Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
