Return Policy 
1. Obtain an approved RP reference # within 96 hours from your delivery date by contacting our Customer Service department at (512)673-3126 or emailing us at gloria@shopblackbutterfly.com. Products cannot be returned without a RP reference number that is provided at the discretion of your Black Butterfly representative.
Your item must be returned in its original package within 7 business days from the date of receiving your RP reference #.
  • Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
  • We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase.
  • Approved Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items and return them to inventory.

3. Include in your package your tracking# and a signed letter stating
the reason for your return along with the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Due to the nature of these products, Fragrance Oils & all Bath & Body products cannot be returned. Further, merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return as well.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee,
this will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Shipping Charges
Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).
Therefore, the customer will be responsible for return charges.
